State Fair Themed Late Night Snacks

There's a reason why The Great Minnesota Get-Together is one of the biggest and best fairs.  Of course there's the people watching, carnival rides, and ice cold beer, but we all know it's the food that brings everything and everyone together.  You can find anything from bacon-wrapped olives stuffed with cream cheese to pizza on a stick and, quite honestly, we think it's the perfect place to find inspiration for late night wedding snacks.  State Fair themed snacks are truly the best way into your guests hearts after they've been dancing the night away.  Some treats that we think are perfect for any celebration are mini donuts, cotton candy, corn dogs, s'mores and popcorn.  In addition to these fan favorites, don't be afraid to be a little adventurous and serve a few unexpected options liked fried pickles, poutine, or anything on-a-stick!  Caterers are generally very flexible and willing to get creative.  Or, hire an outside late night snack provider if allowed.  Create some cute signage and your State Fair themed late night snack table will become the perfect way to wrap up your special day.
