Hey there! We’re Rachelle and Anna—mother and daughter…by law, but we like to think of it as family by design. Rachelle’s been in the wedding and events world for over two decades, and for half of that time, she’s had Anna by her side. Our love for details and logistics pairs perfectly with our skill for style and design, making us the ultimate left-brain/right-brain dream team. That’s why we’re called Style-Architects Weddings! We’re obsessed with what we do, and with over 20 awards under our belt, we’re confident we can turn your dream day into a reality.
Meet Rachelle Mazumdar
I love what I do. So much so, that I left my career as a corporate event planner to do weddings full-time. Owning and operating Style-Architects Weddings has allowed me to immerse myself in a world of lovely couples, great stories, and beautifully creative designs. I love the creative aspect of taking a basic concept and elevating it into something magical. The fun never stops, and the love stories never get old.
While some say having an MBA makes me overqualified, I’m confident that my killer spreadsheet, organizational, and budgeting skills make a perfect recipe for success. I can’t help but lend my supreme attention to detail and style when personalizing your event!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling—I've been to 42 countries and counting! I love history and architecture, but local food and wine monopolize the itineraries! Custom menus and wine pairings are definitely my specialty. If I’m home, I love trying new restaurants or relaxing with my family and sipping an Aviation cocktail while watching my husband whip up something delicious.
Meet Anna Mazumdar
I am obsessed with weddings. From the feelings of excitement and joy to the sentimental and emotional moments – I love it all. My career in event planning started in 2013, and since then I’ve learned I thrive on details, working to make all the elements come together like a puzzle. Collaborating with you and Rachelle on design is the icing on the wedding cake!
Not only do I enjoy the hustle and bustle, but also the quiet moments when I can be a moment of calm for my couples. The relief that fills their faces when I say, “There’s nothing you need to do except enjoy the day,” is unrivaled.
When the day is done, you’ll find me with my husband Max and our golden retriever Mozzie, searching for the best patio in Minnesota or in the stands at a Minnesota Vikings game.
