Real Weddings // Colin + Katie

This past August, our weddings team had yet another opportunity to be part of another fabulous wedding at the one and only Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Unlike our last monochromatic, neutral {yet stunning} wedding at the MIA, Katie and Colin’s affair screamed “summer.”

Staying with the unique tangerine, pink and gold color palette, Bastian + Skoog hit the nail on the head with gorgeous lush floral bouquets and arrangements that flanked the entrance and altar and lined the pews.

After the two were married, the couple celebrated with friends and family outside in the museum courtyard, Target Park. Guests basked among the gorgeous tangerine and hot pink lanterns and enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres -thanks to our friends at D’Amico Catering.

The sea of gold and bright summer colors continued as guests moved upstairs to the reception hall for dinner and dancing, where beautiful chargers, gold chiavaris, specialty linens and pops of uplighting created a vibrant backdrop to the gorgeous Bastian + Skoog florals that stole the show {not counting the beautiful bride - of course!}

Thanks to all the wonderful vendors who helped make this event so stunning!
